Description:

(60gal. biggest batch brewed) This beer was brewed by blink and myself. We brewed the wirt in Uncle Mark's new 15 gallon pot. We put 4 gallons of Maple Syrup and 1 gallon of Muttons extra light malt extract. Toward the end we added 4 ozs of horizon hops. We equally divided the wirt between 3 kegs and a 14 gallon glass carboy. We plan on using racking two of the kegs the Wed. before Memorial Day weekend and bottling the glass carboy into champaign bottles. Spilt into three natural primes: The 1st group will have 1 table spoon maple syrup, the 2nd 2 tbls, and the 3rd 3 tbls. Avg sugar 5.2percent
